The Seabrook of Hilton Head is a beautiful retirement community, located on the south end of Hilton Head Island SC, within minutes of the Atlantic Ocean beaches, Sea Pines Plantation and the renowned Harbour Town. Situated on 21 naturally landscaped acres, the community consists of five apartment buildings, The Seabrook House, and The Fraser Health Center. Covered walkways span lagoons and connect the apartment buildings to The Seabrook House, our clubhouse.

The Seabrook is a vibrant retirement community for active seniors and holds the distinction of being Hilton Head Islands first and finest continuing care retirement community (CCRC). Residents own one of 207 apartments that make up our dynamic community. Ownership guarantees our residents a voice in the operation and management of The Seabrook retirement community. An 11 member voluntary Board of Trustees directs The Seabrook as a not-for-profit CCRC, thereby maintaining the lifestyle and services at the lowest possible cost. Over the 27 years, our residents have created a distinct community personality.

The Seabrook retirement community membership entitles each resident to a wide variety of amenities, activities and services; which include transportation around Hilton Head Island, superb meals in our restaurant-style dining rooms, use of all the clubhouse privileges, community security, an in-house Registered Nurse, convenient and affordable home health care, extensive library, game room, heated swimming pool, putting green & shuffleboard, crafts room, woodworking shop, and much more. The Seabrook presents three Lifestyle choices, the original and ongoing ownership 100% equity, Life Care in one bedroom apartments and our studio rental program. The purchase and ownership has been the way to move to the Seabrook. Within the last few years we've started our studio rental program which does not involve ownership or membership. It has been a very popular alternative for someone wanting to try us out or just an easy move in preference. Most recently we've started the one bedroom Life Care program. It does include membership, with a Life Care down payment, 50% refundable, but with no ownership involved. All three support a healthy Seabrook lifestyle.
