     The Seabrook of Hilton Head is a beautiful retirement community, located on the south end of Hilton Head Island SC, within minutes of the Atlantic Ocean beaches, Sea Pines Plantation and the renowned Harbour Town. Situated on 21 naturally landscaped acres, the community consists of five apartment buildings, The Seabrook House, and The Fraser Health Center. Covered walkways span lagoons and connect the apartment buildings to The Seabrook House, our clubhouse.

     The Seabrook is a vibrant retirement community for active seniors and holds the distinction of being Hilton Head Islands first and finest continuing care retirement community (CCRC). Residents own one of 208 apartments that make up our dynamic community. Ownership guarantees our residents a voice in the operation and management of The Seabrook retirement community. An 11 member voluntary Board of Trustees directs The Seabrook as a not-for-profit CCRC, thereby maintaining the lifestyle and services at the lowest possible cost.  Over the 23 years, our residents have created a distinct community personality.
